Barton Brook Dairy is a third-generation family farm in Preston, Lancashire, dedicated to high-quality dairy production. They manage an award-winning herd of 120 milking cows using innovative practices, including a robotic milking parlour. Their ethos focuses on animal welfare, sustainability, and providing fresh, farm-to-table products like raw milk and handmade Italian-style gelato.
