Ash Tree Farm Beef

We’re a 3rd generation traditional small holding, breeding Angus x Hereford cattle on the beautiful Somerset levels and moors.

Our cattle are solely grass fed on our SSSI and Ramsar status moor where we continue to follow traditional low impact farming methods. We’re naturally organic although currently working though our creditation. We’ve been a closed, home bred suckler herd for 27 years and are now slowly stepping into the world of finishing our own stock. We take great pride in how we raise our cattle and would like to now follow that through to produce our own beef boxes. Every animal on our farm has a name and a story and we’re excited to share.
