Northfield Farm

A small, family-run working farm established in 1994, specializing in rare and native breed cattle and sheep. They utilize traditional, regenerative farming methods and operate an 'informal co-operative' with other local suppliers to ensure traceability and excellence. The farm is an award-winning butcher known for dry-aged, grass-fed meat and handmade sausages.
