Gelston Lamb

Gelston Lamb is a family farm run by Chris and Louise Elkington, located in the village of Gelston. They manage a flock of around 450 breeding ewes that graze on species-rich pastures of grass, clover, and herbal leys. The farm is committed to sustainable, regenerative farming practices, ensuring high animal welfare and full traceability from farm to fork. They operate their own on-farm butchery, hanging meat for 7-14 days to enhance flavour and tenderness.
