A co-operative of three farming families producing high-quality salt marsh beef on the Steart Peninsula in Somerset. Their ethos centers on sustainability, high animal welfare, and nature-friendly farming. By grazing Aberdeen Angus and Hereford cattle on salt marshes, they promote wetland biodiversity and carbon sequestration, aiming for a carbon-negative production model.
