Highbury Farm

A traditional, first-generation family-run farm of 144 acres managed by Peter and Yvonne Gear for over 30 years. They run a flock of over 500 ewes and are committed to sustainability, producing their own green energy via solar panels and a wind turbine, and maintaining hedges for wildlife. Their meat and wool products are fully traceable, with wool sheared on-farm and knitted into bespoke garments by their daughter, Kelly.
