A family-run farm established in 2019 by the Rossall family in Scorton, Lancashire. They specialize in producing high-quality, home-bred, grass-fed Dexter beef, raised with care on lush pastures. Their ethos focuses on sustainable, local agriculture, natural maturation of cattle, and traditional butchery methods to ensure exceptional taste and texture.
