About Us
The Morton family has farmed at Scotsman Lodge since 1938, spanning four generations. They operate a traditional family farm with a focus on provenance, using home-grown feed for their cattle. The business includes a traditional butchers shop and The Granary Tea Room, which serves home-cooked food using produce from the farm shop.
What makes our produce so special
Willow Brook home reared beef, hand raised pork pies, meat pies, and traditional butchery products.
