A family-run business established in 2003, located in a converted former cowshed just five minutes from Shrewsbury. They focus on freshness, seasonality, and local sourcing, offering high-quality meat from their own farm alongside groceries from other local producers. The site also features the Cote Kitchen, which serves meals made from their own produce and local ingredients.
