A family-run farm established in 1987, committed to a 'field to fork' ethos. They prioritize sustainability and quality, rearing their own grass-fed beef and rare-breed pork on-site using a closed-loop system where they grow their own forage and grains. The farm features an award-winning traditional butchery and the Mill Kitchen restaurant, focusing on high-welfare, traceable food.
