Hinchliffe’s Farm Shop

Established in 1929, Hinchliffe’s is Britain’s oldest farm shop. Located in the heart of the Pennines and Peak District, they are committed to "field-to-fork" food, sustainability, and high animal welfare. As farmers themselves, they specialize in home-reared beef from their own pedigree South Devon herd, alongside a wide range of produce sourced from local farmers and producers they know and trust.

They prioritize "pasture to plate" traceability, with beef hung for 28 days for superior flavour and texture. Many of their products, such as their pork pies, sausages, and bacon, are award-winners. They also produce their own fresh baked goods, eggs, and ready meals on-site.
