Slack House Farm is a working, organic dairy farm run by Eric and Dianne Horn for over 20 years. They operate an ethical dairy model with a cow-with-calf system, milking traditional Ayrshire cows that are 100% grass and pasture fed. Their ethos is centered on kindness, sustainability, and environmental protection, utilizing renewable energy and natural materials like Herdwick sheep wool insulation.

Organic Ayrshire cow dairy products, including raw milk, live natural yogurt, and handmade Birdoswald cheeses (mature, smoked, or black waxed) and Crowdie.
