New orchard Fenland Honey 12oz jar Wisbech st mary Cambridgeshire the farmer gets £6.50 My honey is gathered in from hives based in the fens mainly local orchard including davids near wisbech sr Mary. It is not pasteurised or micro filtered. Some places describe it as "Raw" honey. Honey as the bees and nautre intended. Our honey has as light a manufacturing processing as UK Environmental Health dept. will allow. Our honey is extracted from the comb and only if required, heated just enough to allow the honey to flow through the filters. The filters allow pollen grains, micro-nutrients, emzymes, vitamins and trace elements to remain in the honey, which raise to the top in the jar, The minimal heat does not alter the structure of the Honey. The taste and texture of the honey depends upon what flowers and trees the bees have foraged within a 3 mile radius of there hive.

This specific variety is Extase group 2 milling wheat at 12.5 % protein which is suitable for bread making and is classified as strong white flour. For any bakers the hagberg was at 397 last time i tested it. Although I have grown this particular wheat field using insecticides, fungicides, herbicides and fertilisers I haven't sprayed it with glysophate. The mill I am using was bought from France and is a Moulen Astrie mill. I sell the flour for £2 per kilo plus £10 post and packaging. Mainly in 7.5kg bags for £25 and can dispatch anywhere within the UK.

20 dessert apples for £20 delivered. I have 30.5 acres of orchards on my farm. The orchards are split into two section. Old Orchards. 22 acres of ancient orchards which are well over 100 years old. I manage them more for wildlife rather than fruit production and although they do produce some fruit even though no fertiliser or sprays have been applied on these fields for over 25 years.
