About Us

Highfield Farm is a working mixed arable and livestock farm located in the Hertfordshire countryside. Run by Sion Hunter, the farm focuses on producing high-quality crops and pasture-raised eggs, with a strong commitment to animal welfare and sustainable farming practices. The farm is home to a flock of sheep and 1,600 pasture-raised hens that roam freely across open pastures and organic orchards, ensuring superior egg quality and flavour.

What makes our produce so special

Fresh, pasture-raised eggs collected daily from free-range hens, and locally produced honey.

To get a real sense of farm life, we also have some treats for chickens available, in the form of a cup of wheat infused with a dash of aniseed. You’ll notice the girls come charging over the second they see you with that cup in hand.
