This is a fully cut and butchered side of Welsh Beef. Approximate 150kg full side weight. Price DOES NOT include delivery, this is dependant on delivery location. Delivery Price is £1.25 per mile for fully refrigerated delivery. We can cut bones especially marrow bones for stocks and stews. This will not be vacuum packed but bagged. If you have any specific cutting instructions, please email us. If not we will cut and pack in the way we think is best. We work off a 3-5 week lead time on this as we need time to process, hang, cut and pack the side after ordering.
